CNU Communucation students gear up for the ABS-CBN Campus Patrol 2019

Cebu Normal University’s Department of Communication and Media Studies has opened its auditions for the upcoming ABS-CBN Campus Patrol 2019 at the CNU TV Barn, Thursday, August 15,2019 at 4:30 pm.
With the help of the Communicators’ Club and Junior Broadcasters’ Alliance officers, 49 aspiring newscasters auditioned hoping to be part of the ten students who will represent CNU in the ABS-CBN Campus Patrol on August 28,2019.
Dr. Joseph Elvir Tubilan, head of the Communication and Media Studies Department, and Prof. Dennis Tanoc, has screened the 49 auditionees and are able to gather 16 students belonging to the top 10, most of which having same scores.
Communicators’ Club mayor, Jebert A. Sarsonas, said that 16 students are still undergoing further evaluation.

(They will practice news writing, proper voice projection, and confidence and attitude. Bad attitude is not tolerated)
Last year, CNU won first place in the said event.
